1) Room must be really large, at least minimum 18 square meters (=180 square ft)
2) Property must be very high quality, clean, nice, well-maintained
3) Decent furniture, normal double or king-size bed, all modern appliances

4) Internet
5) Bills and Internet , C. tax must be included in rent.
6) Storage

7) property preferably with garden.

8) No High streets or High roads, or other noisy places. We want only calm streets.
