Room to rent in 4 bedroom town house, Isle of Dogs very close to Canary Wharf (£300 pcm)

This is a really cute room on the 3rd floor of a 4 bedroom town house on Westferry road very close to Canary Wharf. Its not the biggest room in the house but it has a very comforting, happy atmostphere. You will be sharing with 3 femme gay girls, 2 Scottish and 1 English. The bills come to £100 per person for the month, that includes the council tax, broadband, sky, phone, gas and water. We have a cleaner who comes once a week on tuesdays she cleans all of the communal areas, kitchen/dining, living room, stairs, halls and both bathrooms so you wont have to worry about much cleaning. The cleaner is £27 pounds per week and we pay it in rotation so once every 4 weeks per person. We all get on well in the house and we like it to have a relaxed, family kind of atmostphere. Therefore we are looking for someone who is open, relaxed and enjoys a good chat. Preferably a non smoker although smokers are welcome as long as you only smoke outside! The house has a back garden with a pond, great for bbq's in the summer and an open fire which is lovely and cozy in the winter.
