A large single room on the upper floor.
The house is a semi-terraced one. It provides most facilities and a very nice garden. The kitchen/dinning room and bathrooms are newly refurbished. The new open-plan kitchen has wooden worktops, tiles and laminate floors, spotlights etc... There are two bathrooms/toilets also newly refurbished... Our garden has herbs and flowers, space for planting vegetables and a custom made barbeque. The house is situated in a relatively quiet area 7min-walk from Turnpike Lane Underground and 4-5 min walk from Hornsey Overground. Bus lines 29, 41, N91, 141 are in a walking distance from here. Shops include Sainsbury's, WHSmith, Holland & Barret, Tesco, banks and other . Also, within a mile one can find swimming pools and nice park areas. There is a side gate and space for bicycles. Cycling distance to central London is approximately 25-30 min. Tube distance is approximately 17-20 minutes. The Hornsey overground station nearby comes quite handy for someone travelling towards the city.

We generally like to keep the house clean and tidy and environmentally friendly to a good level. So, we are looking for a mature person, organized, very clean and tidy, active and friendly. A respectful housemate with positive energy and an active life. Artistic interests would be very welcome. We would probably be giving priority to male candidates of around 27-35 years of age just to keep the balance in the house.
The room will be available on December 21. Subject to viewing and a bit flexible on dates.
Price: £352 monthly excluding bills.
