We are currently looking for an experienced restaurant manager, who has previously successfully managed an Indian Restaurant. Broad knowledge of Indian cuisine essential.

You must have a current food hygiene qualiification and have the ability to control costs, good financial awareness and budgeting experience. Our client is looking for an individual who possesses a strong management ethic, who can motivate and train a team of waiting staff as required.

You must be a car driver due to the location and hours of work. Long shifts will be required to include weekends and evenings. Salary will be dependent upon experience.
