Repairs Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Repairs Administrator, within a North London Housing Association.
The role is open to remuneration depending on experience.
Previous experience within repairs in housing is essential.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
-To take repairs requests from tenants and staff, and to pass on works order requests to contractors or the mobile caretaker
-To monitor works orders requests to ensure that work is completed within designated timescales as per performance targets.
-To liaise closely with the Housing Team and tenants to monitor the quality of work carried out by contracts and to take remedial action when necessary.
Skills/Profile:The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in similar role and have worked within repairs for a housing association or local authority.
