we have one very large desk space available for rent in our design studio in Shoreditch.

the studio is in the top floor of a landmark building on Old Street: Shoreditch Town Hall, EC1 V 9LT.

the studio is shared between one product designer, one design engineer, one fashion designer, one photographer and one graphic designer. we are all self-employed.

the monthly cost for the desk is £235.00 including all bills and broadband, but excluding vat.

the studio has a own little kitchen and bathroom. furthermore, we have access around the clock, 7 days a week, with 24 hr security and a reception to take deliveries.

we are looking for a nice person to share with, ideally in the creative industry as opportunities for shared/combined projects arise.
