We are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner to join an Adults Review Team in the North London Area.

Responsibilities:

1. To work with the Team Manager to ensure the delivery of high quality, user focused services and solutions to meet the needs of vulnerable local people and the requirements of the service
2. To work jointly with the Team Manager to ensure efficient operational management of the team
3. To deputies for the team manager in his/her absence.
4. To ensure effective through put of referrals, assessments and care plans
5. To undertake urgent complex assessments and other short term pieces of work as requested by the Team Manager or Head of Service
6. To support the Team Manager in the coaching, development and management of the performance and productivity of a team in order to ensure they are highly capable and motivated to deliver adult social care services in line with the vision of the service
7. To support the Team Manager supervise, motivate and appraise staff within a challenging performance management framework that promotes both high standards and high levels of productivity
8. To support the Team Manager to identify appropriate training needs for staff to ensure the service is high quality, innovative and responsive to the changing needs of users
9. To contribute to the continuous development of good practice and to reinforce the Camden Ways of Working as key to the delivery of the service.

Pay rate is between £25 and £28 per hour

GSCC Registration is essential.
