Our NHS client is one of Britain’s top teaching hospital trusts. They are currently looking for highly motivated staff nurses to join their teams, and work in their cardio thoracic critical care units, and their specialist chest hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging environment supported by an experienced nursing team.

The post holder will care for patients following cardio thoracic surgery, cardiology patients (many of whom are admitted through the Regional Heart Attack Centre) and patients with complex respiratory disease. They will care for cardio thoracic patients alongside patients with haematology, endocrinology, and immunology conditions and patients requiring post operative care following surgery for cancer related illnesses.

Our client is committed to supporting their staff in continued professional development and offer well structured development programmes, study days and actively encourage staff to carry out clinical development projects.

Requirements: a minimum of 9 months post registration experience, excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience working within critical care is desirable.
