The house has a large living room, fully fitted kitchen as well as an outside private garden with a patio area and a shed. There is internet, TV, phone, gas and central heating in the house. The location has very good bus connections to Heathrow, Hounslow, Hampton and Kingston- 490, 285 and 111 buses . The house is situated 5 mins drive (or 7 min on a bus) to the over land station (Feltham) which gets into Waterloo within 30 minutes. There is plenty of on-street parking and good shopping facilities – Curries, Wickes, Sainsbury’s, Homebase.There is a cat in the house. I am looking for a friendly professional female .The rent is £430pcm including bills (except phone). References required.
