We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Front Desk Night Supervisor to join the team here at the 5 star London Marriott West India Quay.

As a night supervisor your duties will include professionally and efficiently solving guest and associate challenges, being responsible for the smooth running of Front Desk during Night Shift and acting as Manager on Duty for the hotel during Night Shift. As a night supervisor you will perform a very important role from both an operational and leadership point of view, championing Front Office system use and training and developing Front Desk associates

Candidates must be flexible enough to work Night Shift. Candidates must have previous experience working in Front Office in a similar hotel and have strong people management and leadership qualities. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead by example.

Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and be experienced with hospitality systems, preferably Micros and Opera. Candidates must be exceptionally organised, with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. They should be confident enough to deal with any guest quires or challenges.

Night Supervisors are effectively responsible for the smooth operation of the entire hotel operation during the night; hence we are looking for a responsible, self motivated and determined individual with a passion for excellence. Finally, we are looking for someone with that special flair for hospitality!

All candidates MUST have valid permission to live and work in the United Kingdom, and must be able to demonstrate this proof upon interview.

We also require 2 references from candidates which must be provided upon interview.
