Light filled double room in great location avail 23 July. Fully furnished, inc bills and council tax (£160 pw)
I am heading to China for work in mid July and am looking to rent out my room while I am away for 2 months (possibly longer).
The room is a light filled small double, with storage and hanging space.
The flat is in a newly renovated Victorian terrace in a quite, safe location just down the road from Newington Green, Stoke Newington and Dalston. Easy access to Angel and Highbury Islington tube stations and the Kingsland Dalston over rail. Very close to a number of bus connections heading into town.
The flat is fully furnished inc washing machine, fridge-freezer etc.
The bathroom has a bath and power-shower and the lounge is a good size space with Cable TV & Wifi internet.
The rent includes council tax and bills (except phone calls).
Available from 23rd July
Looking for a clean, Non smoking, outgoing and open minded person to share with a 28 yr old professional guy.
