Head Chef – Contract Catering-Central London 28-30k

Our Client is a national Contract Catering Company, the role is offered with company benefits and Monday- Friday Hours! (One weekend in a month) Staff dining and café style service, including Director Dining, Canapés located in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside and learn from a skilled Executive Head Chef.

The Role includes:

• Brigade of 6 Chefs
• 50 GA’s
• Café style service
• Directors Dining
• Buffets, Canapés
• BBQ’s, Functions
• Staff Restaurant
• Monday to Friday Hours
• Health & Safety

Person:

• 2 years cooking at a senior level
• NVQ Level 1&2 or Equivalent
• Basic/Intermediate Food Hygiene
• Passion for food and cooking
• Be creative and lead and develop a team
• Able to follow direction from Executive Head Chef
• A team player!

The right person should be a skilled head or Senior Sous chef looking for a challenging first
head chef role. This is a high volume venue.
