Book-Keeper Administrator
Accounts Duties:
•Process purchase invoices (check against orders) & register them in Excel and Sage.
•Compiling, monitoring and analysing of invoices, expenses and budgets
•Process expense claims, credit card statements & obtaining VAT receipts.
•Process purchase orders
•Payroll for 10+ employees
•Cashbooks and bank reconciliation for multiple international accounts
Admin Duties:
•Answering the phone and operate simple switchboard
•Order and maintain office supplies
•Order tools and consumables
•Handle incoming/outgoing post
•Book couriers (FedEx, UPS etc.)
•Handle travel arrangements
•Scanning/photocopying/faxing
•General admin support
Skills/experience required:
•Previous admin and book-keeping experience is essential.
•Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
•Strong attention to detail
•Good organisational skills
•Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
•Ability to multi-task and provide support to various departments
•Fluency in English essential
•Experience with Sage or similar accounting program
•Experience of working in a small team based environment preferred
