My client, a market leader in the fitness and healthcare industry, is looking for a Credit Controller to join their new and busy team. (Offices based in East London)

Ongoing temp : £12 per hour

Duties include :

Contacting clients to confirm payment of invoices via telephone & e-mail
Interact with Sales department for escalation of issues
Implement credit policy and put stops on accounts
Investigating into queries / payment issues using various sources
Escalation of queries / client issues to manager where required
Keep accurate notes of conversations held with client / consultants
Set follow up dates for diary to review account as necessary

The successful candidate:
Previous Credit Control experience essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
Task focused and prioritise workload
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Flexible approach, particularly during busy periods
A common sense approach to issues
Must be fast working and very accurate
Must be eager to learn and show commitment to work
