About the room:

Deposit £600.00 (6 weeks in advance which goes to the landlord)
Rent is £433.33 PCM (to landlord) PLUS Bills.
12 MONTH CONTRACT APPLIES - This is as per the landlords request and AFTER 6 MONTHS you may give a month's notice to vacate the premises if you wish.

Bills are Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Sky TV/Broadband and TV Licence. All of these eqate to approximately £115.00 per month for each person. This may vary slightly. The room is bright and airy, laminate wood flooring, double bed, built in wardrobe with mirrors, desk and chair and book shelves. You will share a bathroom with one other person.

The House has a large living room with leather sofas, flat screen TV, Large kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Dryer, Washer etc. Rear Garden, Garage for storage and off street driveway parking.

Transport:

Westferry Road 2 mins walk for Buses to Canary Wharf for Jubliee Line and DLR. Bus is about 10 mins to Canary Wharf.
