About us:

We are a fancy Chinese restaurant in Chelsea and Kensington area.
• We serve gourmet Chinese cuisine and western desserts to very high standard
• Decorated in antique Chinese style. Our retro decor creates classic and elegant ambience in Chinese style

About you:

We are currently recruiting for a head chef

• We are looking for full time personnel to join our chef team
• minimum one year previous experience as head chef within fancy restaurant is a must
• You will be passionate in Chinese cuisine and have a good knowledge about it . Ideally you have experience in cooking Chinese cuisine before.

This is high end restaurant, so attention to presentation, flavour, colours and textures, esp. the presentation is essential.
You will also be expected to work alongside the head chef and rest of the team to help develop new ideas and seasonally changing menus.

Being a good team player as well as the ability to lead in a positive manner when required are essential qualities we are looking for.

Salary dependent on experience.
