Samurai Sushi are a chain of 7 take away shops located in the West End and the City. The credit crunch has been good to us and we are looking to find a person with experience of working in a busy flagship store on Shaftesbury Avenue.

This is a full time role and it is envisaged that your shifts would be as follows, Tues/Wed/Thurs - 3pm - 11.30pm & Fri/Sat - 5pm - 1.30am. However flexibility is necessary.

The role will involve running the store to our standards, ensuring targets are met, maintaining the highest standards cleanliness within the shop and managing your team. You will have overall responisibility for closing the shop at the end of the night.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy West
End environment, have good customer service skills and be very security conscious.

Salary will be £16 - £18k pro rata depending upon your experience. Please only apply if you are able to supply excellent references, speak excellent English and are eligible to work in the UK.
