Programme Manager (retail banking arrears management programme) required for a leading Retail finance organisation based in Gloucestershire who are looking at overhauling their processes in managing arrears. Programme Managers will be responsible for managing the overall design and plan of the programme and ensure the delivery of new products and services are in line with business requirements, budgets and time scales within arrears management.

Programme Managers will be strategic and business orientated with excellent planning, leadership and communication skills and a solid understanding of risk, budgets, and regulatory issues in order to successfully deliver the programme. Programme Managers must have proven experience of designing and delivering business process change programmes within the Financial Services Industry, ideally Lending, Retail Banking or Building Society environments (Arrears preferred, but not essential).

This is an outstanding opportunity to join at the start of a major programme of change with rates in the region of £700-900pd for 6-24 months
