We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Bluewater (Kent) and our Kings Road team.

Focused on providing distinctive and desirable fashion for ladies, EAST has over 60 stores nationwide. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to further themselves in both the retail and management sectors.

You will be an ambassador for East, be sales focussed, leading by example and enabling the team to provide the customer with excellent service that encourages her to buy our products and return to our stores consistently.

Key Skills:
• Previous customer service/sales experience on supervisory level.
• Ability to strike up a rapport with customers quickly and professionally.
• Able to sell.
• Have an interest in fashion.
• Enthusiastic and committed.
• Able to move stock and fittings.
• Diplomatic and astute.
• Able to motivate, council and develop staff members.
• Have a clear understanding of the principles informing store staffing.
