If you love to live for a little while and at the same time to travel and may be learn italian during your stay, you can experience Sicily, a wonderful island in the middle of the mediterranean sea. We have a beautiful room with stunning mediterranean sea view, available to rent from now!
The house (110 sqm) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room, a kitchen and it is an ancient building completely restored and fully furnished. The house is in Sciacca (south west coast), in the city center. Supermarkets, banks, offices, cafes, restaurants are in walking distances.

The cost of the rent is 180 euro/month (45 euro/week) plus bills (around 30 euro/month more or less)
Generally we consider a minimum stay of one month. If you are interested for a short period, we can also consider it but the price weekly will be more than 45 euro and we can give an offer to you with also bills enclosed. Pictures available upon request.
Since it is a sharing accomodation, you have to be respectful, clean. We are non smokers.
If you are interested for a stay to learn italian, let us know since we can help you in your studies and we can consider also to offer some private lessons for a good rate.
