We are a well-established website development company in Central London looking for a person to fill the role of a researcher to support the function of our growing Research division.
THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to support the Research team in running multiple research projects. We are a small team so there will be the opportunity to develop your career rapidly.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct website benchmarking that underpins Intendance’s renowned publications about the websites of professional services firms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting research
· Using our unique scoring system to benchmark websites
· Assisting with online questionnaire writing and collection
. Coordinating data analysis
Research project management
· Coordinating research projects to ensure the deadlines are met and providing required information to other Research team members.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Strong administration skills – organising and planning effectively
· Must be highly motivated, have the ability to multi-task and to be able to prioritise your workload effectively
. Patient and methodical, with excellent numerical skills
· Unwavering attention to detail and a keen interest in research
. Qualifications at least up to A-Level
· A very high standard of written and spoken English
· Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Access an advantage)
· Proven track record of multi-tasking and dealing with multiple internal teams an advantage
· Experience in a similar role is a definite advantage
The salary is £16,000-20,000 per annum depending on experience and the closing date for this position is Wednesday, 14 May 2008. Start date will be Monday, 27 May 2008. Please send your CV and covering email to james.tuke@intendance.com.
