Our client a market leader in Online casinos is looking for a customer service Executive on a part time basis to work 24 per hours per week, but could lead to full time employment.
Self starter, enthusiastic, pro-active, flexible (happy to work varying shift patterns including nights and weekends)
Good level of customer service experience
Good communicator, friendly (build rapport with clients)
Knowledge of other languages advantageous,but not essential good level of English obviously key
Answering emails and chats clearly, concisely and in a timely manner
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – we have other bespoke software, we’ll train people on
