In need of an Experienced Care Taker.

Property Management Company in W1 needs a Full time reliable Care Taker

Salary £18000 plus overtime.

They will be required to deal with all maintenance work in residential studio flats and house shares.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm.

Available for emergencies (leaks, electric black outs, lock out etc)

Main duties will include:-

-Painting
-Decorating
-Basic flooring/plastering/tiling
-Basic Plumbing
-Basic Electrics
-Testing Fire Equipment
-General Maintenance & Repairs
-Fitting Locks
-Carpentry and removals
-Problem solving (in the eventuality that something has stopped working)

The following is required:

- Speak English
- Able to work overtime if required
- Presentable and efficient
