The house is managed through a letting agency that we have experienced no problems with and that have been extremely reliable since we moved. Your contract would be with the agency; we are just advertising on their behalf as we would prefure another fun and outgoing, clean guy.

The rent is £550 per month and includes ALL bills (Gas,Electricity,Water,Council Tax, Wireless Unlimited 20mb Broadband Internet and all amenities.

The house is a 10 minute walk, or 5 minute bus journey to Aldgate East / Aldgate tube station (Circle/District/H&C/Metropolitan lines) . There is a bus stop directly outside of the house (literally 2 seconds) and has extremely frequent bus service with connections directly to Central London (30 minutes)

Your double room with fitted lock has a wardrobe, desk, bedside table and chest of draws and flatscreen television with freeview. We share a clean bathroom, with heated towel rails, and as we all work different times you will never have to queue apart from maybe at the weekend when we are all getting ready to have some fun We regularly go to bars/clubs both locally, the west end and Vauxhall , and enjoy each others company so we would be looking for someone sociable, and easy-going!

A local supermarket is a few minutes away, with a convenience store over the road. The infamous 'White Swan' is a 3 minute walk, as is the Chariots and Limehouse DLR.
