We have 2 desk spaces in our graphic design studio which is located in WC1, close to the British Museum, between The City and the West End. Just a few minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street and Warrant Street underground stations and serviced by many buses.

The studio is very nice, as you can see from the pictures, and has excellent daylight.

Independent professional, creatives and freelancers of all profession considered.

The rent is £60 (excl. VAT) per week per desk and includes all bills (except landline) and the use of broadband. Kitchen area and toilets are on the same floor.

Minimum rent period is 3 months, the longer the better.
One month rent in advance.
One month rent deposit.
One month notice from both parts.

One desk space is available immediately and one will be available in December.
