A specialist Management Accountant with experience of provider health services is urgently needed at a London Primary Care Trust.

Managing budgets and with a specific remit including GP, optometrist and dental provider services, the Management Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the PCT's effective performance.

This permanent vacancy would suit someone with a strong background in the NHS and outstanding experience of managing provider services, who is keen to make the next step up to this senior post.

Key responsibilities will include:
-The planning and implementation of budgeting processes for the Provider Services and Corporate directorates
-Attending review meetings and assisting Directors and Managers
-Monitoring and reviewing in-year budgetary performance
-Forecasting likely financial risks and recommending any changes necessary

Suitable candidates for this Management Accountant post will have:
-Extensive experience within a Primary Care Trust or similar NHS Trust
-A good grasp of the budgetary demands of provider services
