The rent for the room is £98 per week.
The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe with mirror doors. As this is a split level house there is enough space for everyone to have their privacy.

Bills come to roughly £50 every month with the electric being on a pay as you go meter, we will be getting virgin so you will have to contribute to this as well but this will be discussed. You must be a clean person, not excessively but you cannot be afraid to use a broom.
