I say few months as a minimum, but it could also be longer!

We have a room for one non-smoker available NOW in our 4 bedroom house on two levels, just 2 minutes' walk from Willesden Green tube ( Jubilee Line zone 2).

The room comes with a double bed , wardrobe, desk, sofa, small tv and 2 sets of drawers . The photo doesn’t really give you an idea of the space! To give you an idea of size it could fit 4 double beds in it! It also gets lots of sunlight.

The flat has a large colourful kitchen with 4 fridges ( so one each!) and a breakfast bar and stools, tv, and all mod cons. It's a clean and tidy flat with friendly, busy people who keep the place tidy without needing rotas or big cleaning days!

The flat doesn't have a living room but has a large comfortable kitchen . We have a nice roof terrace too which is great in the summer months for sunbathing and bbqs.

Our ages range from 25-35, two girls ( English, S. African )and one guy ( Singapore) . We are friendly and tidy people who like to watch tv and share the odd drink or bite to eat together now and again. We're quite busy too so flat is often pretty quiet during the week and because of our working hours we like it that way


Willesden Green( in case you don't know) has two Sainsbury's, a library, sports centre and lots of places to eat out and one particularly good pub. It is well connected to central London with buses running 24 hours into town and the Jubilee line takes only 15 minutes to Oxford Street.
