We have recently won a new contract. Due to promotion and career development a vacancy for an experienced Senior Carer to support the Co-ordinating team is now available for immediate start.

As a Senior Carer, you are required to have excellent supervisory skills to lead and support home carers to deliver home care services for older people living in their homes within the London borough of Sutton to ensure services are provided safely and run smoothly on a day to day basis. You will support and report to the branch manager and care co-ordinators; To ensure home care staff provide risk free, safe and quality care services to vulnerable clients, write reports, carry out health/Social care, Health & Safety/Risk Assessments and Reviews, Monitor, Supervise and Care staff. Motivate and support Team building. As a coordinating team player you will support the on call services.

Clean full driving license and access to car essential.
Essential-Due to the nature of the post, applicants must live within or short travelling distance to the area of work.
Salary Band: 16,000 up to 20,000K depending on experience and qualifications.
