Busy Lettings, Management and Maintenance Company in NW London needs another person to source lettings (and sales) properties for the negotiator team. Additionally you will be able to carry out lettings viewings and negotiations.

This is largely a commission based role, with a fixed amount paid per instruction, and a further fixed amount paid of anyone in the company lets or sells the property. Additionally you will be entitled to further commission on any property you let or sell.

The role requires:

- Experience in this field. We cannot stress this more strongly
- You must have done this before, and be good at it
- Full UK drivers licence
- Meeting a monthly target
- General lettings negotiation

You will need to be:

- Well presented, confident and professional
- Helpful with a can do attitude
- Strong customer focused / sales skills
- Get on well with people (both over the phone and face to face) and enjoy dealing with home owners, landlords and developers
- Computer proficient

The role is based in Hampstead, NW London, and we cover all of North West and North London.
Working hours are generally 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, and two Saturdays a month, however the nature of the role is one of performance, and if you can deliver results working different times then you can choose when you do your work.
Be aware that evenings are a popular time for meeting property owners and you will be expected to meet them at these times.
