Carriages is a recently launched restaurant which has already won the presitigious guardian restaurant of the year 2009 / 2010.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef or CDP to work alongside our head chef in our quest to be awarded a rosette.

We are based in Theydon Bois, Essex, which is between Epping and Loughton, on the Epping branch of the Central Line.

Using fresh ingredients all our food is freshly cooked modern british and european cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating great food and be a very good team player.
