Part-Time Experienced Hotel Receptionist Staff Req'd
We currently have a vacancy for a Part-Time Experienced Hotel Receptionist in our 40 bedroom 1-star hotel in Victoria. Experience in London would be an advantage. The salary for this position is £5.80 p/h (upon completion of a successful probationary period)..
Duties will include::
* Checking-In/Out Hotel Guests
* Processing payments by Cash and Credit Card
* Offering professional and friendly service to hotel guests
* Taking reservations in person, by telephone, fax and email.
* Responding to enquiries in person and by email.
* Meeting & Greeting visitors to the hotel
You will need the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience as a hotel receptionist (Day or Night)
* Be well organised and be able to work in a busy hotel front office.
* Be of smart appearance at all times.
* Be sales driven and service orientated, observing hotel standards.
* Have excellent communications skills, both written and spoken.
* Be dynamic and able to work under pressure.
