Improve your stamina, loose weight, learn how to defend yourself, but most of all have lots of fun. We are based in centre London (closest station is Westminster).

Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays starts at 6pm and finishes at 7 30pm.

All beginners are welcome. Cost of the class is 5£.
