We are a half Spanish half English family looking for a live-in Housekeeper/Nanny. We have two daughters 5 and 2 years old and are expecting a baby in June. We live in Southfields, a very pleasant residential area within walking distance of Putney High Street. (District line station 10 minutes walk from the house)

The person who gets the job will live in a lovely south facing room with bathroom in a separate floor to the family. The room is equipped with TV, VCR and Internet connection.

We are looking for someone with pleasant character, who can organize the chores independently and is ready to take responsibility. You must love children. The job will consist of cleaning and tidying up to a high standard, washing and ironing clothes, some cooking and helping to take care of the children. We will also expect a couple of evenings of babysitting per week.

We will be expecting the person to work 5 and ½ to 6 days per week with free time arranged during the week and the weekend. The salary will be between £225 and £250 per week gross depending on experience with a two week per year paid holiday. Additionally, we offer a £500 bonus at the end of the first six months and a further £1000 at the end of the 12 months, depending on performance. You will be expected to travel with the family on holidays, generally to Spain or within the UK.

We would prefer a Spanish speaking person with at least a basic level of English (enough to handle an emergency). If you are not a Spanish speaking person then we require a higher level of English to be able to communicate efficiently with the family.

Somos una familia mitad Espanola mitad inglesa y estamos bucando un chica interna para ayudar con el trabajo domestico. Tenemos dos ninas de 5 y 2 anos y estamos esperando un bebe en Junio. Vivimos en Southfields (linea de metro District). Es una zona residencial muy agradable a poca distancia de Putney High Street. (La estacion de metro de la linea District esta a 10 minutos andando de la casa)

La persona que ocupe este puesto vivira en una bonita habitacion con vistas al jardin y utilizara el cuarto de bano contiguo, en un piso separado de la familia. La habitacion contiene Television, Video y conexion a Internet.

Estamos bucando a alguien que tenga un character amable, que sepa organizar el trabajo con independencia y que este dispuesta a tomar responsabilidades. Ademas deberan gustarle los ninos mucho y saber manejarlos. El trabajo incluye cuidar a los ninos cuando nosotros salgamos por la noche mas o menos un par de veces por semana.

Esperamos que la persona seleccionada trabaje entre cinco dias y medio y seis por semana, con tiempo libre acordado entre semana y durante el fin de semana. El salario que ofrecemos es entre £225 y £250 brutos dependiendo de la experiencia y condiciones. Adicionalmente ofrecemos un bonus de £500 al final de los seis meses de trabajo y £1000 al final de los 12 meses. Tambien esperamos que viaje con nosotros en las vacaciones familiares, generalmente a Espana o dentro de Inglaterra.
Solo consideraremos solicitudes que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:
- Debera estar disponible para hacer una entrevista personal y para comenzar el trabajo de immediato.
- Debera tener experiencia pasada como housekeeper y nanny a tiempo completo o interna.
- Debera estar dispuesta a tomar el compromiso y a trabajar duramente. Este es un trabajo de muchas horas y es necesario que sepa exactamente de lo que se trata.

Preferimos una persona de habla hispana que tenga un nivel basico de ingles (Como minimo para poder resolver una emergencia)
