My name is Nina.
After weeks and weeks of unsuccessful searching, viewings of tiny/dirty/over-priced rooms... and even a speed-flatmate event (yes- I was desperate) I have finally decided to start a new house-share!
I have been in touch with a couple of agents and have found some great places close to Camden High Street and all the area has to offer.
I’m looking for 2 friendly, female professionals to join up with me. So I’ll tell you a little bit more about me and feel free to get in touch if you’re looking for the same things...
I’m in my mid-twenties and I work in advertising in Farringdon.
I'm a really friendly- laid back housemate. I'm tidy and considerate- and like living in a place that feels like home, rather than just a shared space. I’d like us all to be friendly and have a laugh together- and share the odd drink or two from time to time...
I'm a really creative individual- love music and the performing arts. I play flute and piano- and also dance. I studied film-making at university so I'm a bit of a film geek and love an Orange Wednesday or curling up on the couch in front of a good DVD. I’m also a big comedy lover!
I'd really like to live with like-minded, creative individuals- musicians, performers, designers- whatever.
I'm well travelled, love cooking (I do a mean Sunday roast!), the odd glass (or three) of wine and entertaining too. Enjoy meeting up with friends for drinks/dinner, shopping and indulging in some TV on a lazy Sunday.

I'm a smoker- so would ideally like to live with people who embrace the habit or who aren't averse to sharing with someone who smokes. I’m not fussed about communal areas so long as I can smoke in my room and outside!
I'm also a sun worshipper (when weather permits) so will be looking for a place with an outside space- garden/balcony/terrace.
I'm looking for a double room and my budget is £550-£600 pcm inc bills. The places I’ve seen advertised are £380-£410pw (negotiable as always) for 3 double rooms- so I’m looking for ladies with a budget of £550pcm to spend on rent and we can budget £50-£70pcm or so for bills (these will vary but that should cover it!). Starting a new house-share also comes with the financial burden of a month’s deposit and probably about £100 for the agency fee...
