I have a single room avaliable ideal for someone looking for a quiet place to stay.

The house is clean and all the housemates are good a keeping it this way. We have a cleaner come twice a week to clean the bathrooms and kitchen area and this is included in the rent.

Every one who lives in this house is friendly, works hard and is very considerate of each other.

The rent includes all bills, wireless internet, and the cleaner.

Transport - (TUBE) Neasden station on the Jubilee line is just a short walk from the house, (BUSES) There are buses at the top of the road going all over London, there is also a night bus that runs from the city centre to Neasden.

Tesco, Ikea, banks and a post office are also very close. Along with all the other amenaties you need.

THE HOUSE - is always warm.
It's quite large with a big kitchen with dining table and sofa + TV. There is a bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs. The garden is big with storage avaliable in a seperate garage.

The room is avalible now 2 weeks deposite are needed, rent is paid in advance. 2 weeks notice are needed to leave.
