Victorian 2-storey house. Your room is on the ground floor.
There are 2 people living in the property and with you, we will be three. (We don't want an overcrowded place). We are very busy professionals and we are looking not just for somebody to share house with, but a friend.

House has its own garden, that we are planning to use in summer for barbecues and parties:)-
There is 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with tube and shower in one, BIG LIVING ROOM WITH SOFAS AND DINING TABLE, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, cooker, toaster.

WE HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET !

THE ROOM
The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a sofa provided. There is a new carpet and newly painted walls in the room.

PRICE
We are looking for somebody who is working or studying and has a regular income. NO DSS.
We take just 2 WEEKS DEPOSIT and then you pay your MONTHLY rent in advance=> 330 POUNDS.
