Care Home Manager £23-30K

Do you enjoy working with Adults with complex Mental Health needs?

Are you highly motivated, have you the skills, qualities and experience to lead a team of support workers to care and support our MH residents on a 24 hour basis.
We are currently looking to recruit an Care Manager for a 11 bed home for Adults with Mental Health needs.

To apply for this position you will need;
At least 1 years Management Experience

Hold a professional qualification such as a RMN, RSW, RMA, NVQ level 4 or equivalent

Have an excellent working knowledge of National Minimum Standards and Regulations, Safeguarding Procedures and related legislation .

Have a proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and good communication, written and assessment skills
