I have a double room to rent in a flat in Ickenham. The flat started as unfurnished but the majority of the furniture is now sorted bar the second bedroom. Given that I have not sorted furnishings for that room the tenant is free to bring their own furniture provided it does not need fixing to the wall but can arrange if necessary and within reason.

Would prefer young professional between the age of 23 and 35. Not too fussed about messiness but out of control untidyness and dirty living I want to avoid. I am 28 year old professional and am looking for a laid back tenant. We can compare personalities when we meet. No DSS.

Located very close to Ickenham village, pubs, banks and small shops locally (2-3 min walk max) . Tesco Express is 5 min walk away.

20 second walk to Ickenham underground station (met and piccadily line), 5-10 min walk to West Ruislip underground (central line) and West Ruislip British Rail. 5 mins drive from M40, 10 min from M25. 10 min from Uxbridge shopping.
5 min drive to busy Ruislip High Street.

Road parking is available. This may change to residents parking very soon. There is no off road parking.

There is a garden, which needs work, I am doing this over winter and it will be ready by Spring.

Rent is exclusive of council tax and bills.
