Argent Rehabilitation is an independent rehabilitation provider working to provide swift access to rehabilitation services predominantly to those individuals injured at work or in road traffic accidents. The company employs a range of rehabilitation professionals, enabling management of a wide range of health problems. Unique experience in managing clients with complex health problems, many of whom are involved in claims for compensation, has helped build a company with a reputation for high quality innovation and effectiveness in the field.

The position we are looking to fill is that of Rehabilitation Advisor. In brief, this is an office/telephone based position. The successful candidate will gather information about clients’ injuries and current symptoms. On the basis of this information, the Advisor then refers on to a physiotherapist clinic from a network, or makes recommendations as to another appropriate course of treatment such as cognitive behavioural therapy or further in depth assessment.

We are seeking to employ confident clinicians who are able to prioritise workload and work to targets. We will consider graduates from any Health Science related background and have opportunities for non-clinicians. We are a friendly team and can offer a position with career potential.

The office is based in Croydon, Surrey. It is a permanent role with a regular working week subject to a 3 month probationary period. The salary is circa £19k, dependant upon experience. This position can accommodate part time and full time hours.
