I have a lovely double studio available in Kensington Olympia. It is a furnished apartment just 2 mintues from the tube station.

The flat is in a newly renovated Victorian building and it has beautiful wooden flooring. It is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, mirror, table and chair. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and even bed linen is included. The flat has its own shower and toilet room and an entry phone.

If you should not know the area: The Kensington area is well populated with convenience stores, Kensington Olympia Tube station is just two minutes away, Kensington Olympia Congress Centre is just around the corner and in five minutes you will be on Hammersmith Road with its wide variety of shops and dining locations. And only 18 minutes walking will get you to Europe’s biggest shopping centre, Westfield.

The rent includes all domestic bills including internet and council tax. There is also a cleaner who comes once eevry 10 days and all cleaning products are included.

To move in you only need to give a deposit of 2 weeks' rent and to vacate just give one week's notice.

Transport information:

You can easily access the District Line from Kensington Olympia Tube station. From Kensington Olympia bus stop you can take the night buses N10 to King’s Cross via High Street Kensington, N 28 via Westbourne Park in Notting Hill to Camden Town and N9 via Trafalgar Square to Aldwych. During the day line 9 will get you to Knightsbridge, 10 will take you to Marble Arch and Oxford Street in 25 minutes. Other Buses are 27 to Camden Town via Baker Street, 28 to Kensal Rise via Westbourne Park.
