A beautiful recently renovated furnished 2 bedroom-apartment in central Paris (near Montparnasse), close to cinemas and restaurants, located in a small and quiet street. The apartment is in an old parisian bulding, on the fifth floor with a lift. It is located within walking distance from the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower and the Latin Quarter. The Montparnasse district, with its many restaurants, theatres, cinemas and cafes is only a short stroll away. Transport links are excellent with 2 metro lines and 5 bus stops within 50 meters.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 adults.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom features a double bed and a desk with a laptop connected to the internet to check emails.

The living room has two sofas, one of which opens up as a double bed, flat screen TV with DVD-player and international channels, dining table for up to 8 people and gives onto a nice balcony with a small table where you can have breakfast, lunch or a coffee.

The kitchen is very bright and is equipped with the following equipment: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwaster, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker, a kettle and all the cookware and tableware that are needed. The bathroom has a bathtub and has a very nice view over a garden. There is also a washing/drying machine.

An additional single bed is available. There is also all you need for a baby (baby bed, high chair, toys).

Price is €130 per night for 4 nights up to 6 nights. €800 per week (7 nights)

Bed linens, towels and consumable items are provided.
There are no extra fees or agency fees. Payment of a deposit (20%) by paypal or UK account will be required to secure the booking.
