Yep, that’s right. We won first prize from a mojor room letting website last year for having the best room advertised. Since then we’ve completely refurbished the house with a new bathroom, new kitchen appliances, full repaint and lots of funky lights. Rather guttingly due to the size and length of the project we couldn’t keep the original housemates and they have since moved on, so we’re looking for more fun and friendly professionals to spark up the same atmosphere again - Think it could be you? then read on…

The room is fully furnished with two wardrobes, draws and of course the double bed. It's south facing over looking the garden so gets plenty of light.

The House - is very spacious and has just been completely redecorated. We have a huge south facing garden getting plenty of sun, which has been decked out with lots of night lights, garden furniture etc. We're all very sociable so on the rare occasion we're not out we tend to chill in the garden or in the Lounge. There is a modern kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, washer drier etc, and plenty of cupboards so we all have room to keep our own things.

We’ve just had a new luxury bathroom installed with Twin Head Power Shower and Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub. As you can see from the photos I do like my fancy lights too, so in short I’ve gone all in on the house. We won an award last year from a leading flat share website for having the best advertised room, and that was before we had the place redecorated and installed the new bathroom!

Location - Bromley, south east london. Easy travel to West Wickham, Shortlands, Beckenham and Croydon. Just 10 mins walk / 2 mins bus from town centre and Hayes / Bromley South train stations, regular fast services taking just 15 minutes to Victoria, Blackfriars & London Bridge. Ideal for commuting to Lewisham, Docklands, Green Park, Oxford Circus, Westminster, Kensington, Pimlico and Vauxhall. Much quicker than from say bethnal green, and much nicer area too.

You’ll be sharing with myself, two other friendly professionals and the cat, she doesn't have a job yet but is learning the art of massage, trust me she's good :oD
