I am a qualified Building Surveyor with 4 years on the job experience and an Incorporated member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with all proofs of membership if required. I am also in my final year of a 3 year MSc studying historical and listed buildings which is my specialism.

Currently working full time for a large multinational consultancy I have been approached by colleagues for help with their domestic improvements as a side project which I find enjoyable and helps supplement my income. Therefore I would like to continue doing this work now their projects are complete.

Planning and Listed Building Consent Applications
Feasibility Studies
Full Building Plans/Elevations Drawings (in AutoCAD 2008)

As previously mentioned, this is not my business; therefore I do not take on large projects and also restrict the number of projects running concurrently in order to give each project the time it requires and without interfering with my day job.

I offer a very competitive rate and do not mind giving advice and support where needed once the project has started. Past examples of work can be seen on request.
