Prestigious central London dining venue looking for a Head Breakfast Chef for this Fast paced, high speed environment.
You just have similar experience you, be able to cope with the pace and volume of 400 covers for breakfast and have the essential communication and managerial skills to effectively run the team.

Experience in high quality venues is required to succeed within this restaurant. You will need energy and enthusiasm along with a positive personality.

The restaurant is opened 7 days a week and the head chef will be required to work 5 days out of 7 and be flexible to ensure the business is running at top performance.
