I have a really nice flat in Crystal Palace SE19.

I'm a bit short of cash at the moment so i thought that this would be a great way to bring in a bit of extra income and meet nice people.

Bus and Trains are a 5 minute walk away from the flat and you can easily travel to anywhere in London.

The flat itself is quite large and homely, there's a living room with T.V (DVD, FreeView), computer, free internet & broadband.

The bathroom has everything that you might need plus a shower/bath combi.

I require a deposit of £50 pounds upfront which will be returned to you on the day you leave. The £8 can either be paid on a pay as you stay type deal or you can pay for a few days in advance.

I have a comfortable makeup bed in the front room, which is queen size and very comfortable.
