London flatshare - double rooms - north

Hi!

We are two professional females looking for a female to move in with us! We have a lovely sized, cosy room available from 20th December and are looking for a clean, considerate and happy professional/student on or close after this date.

The flat is located 2 mins walk away from Hanwell overground where trains run into London Paddington and London Heathrow. We are also a 15 minute bus journey from Ealing Broadway which has the Central, District and overground lines.

The flat is modern but cosy, has cream carpet throughout, modern kitchen and bathroom and extra WC in the hallway.

Sadly we don't have a living room but this has never bothered us as we just chat in the hallway/kitchen areas or in each others rooms.

We like to relax most evenings and whatever goes on the weekends. We're not grandma's but we are also not party animals. We are a happy medium I'd say ;-)

Rent would be monthly and one month in advance along with 6 week deposit would be required if you decide to take the room.
