MAP BELOW SHOWS WRONG ROAD WE ARE SITUATED ON PENN ROAD) my property would be ideal for someone who is looking to maybe down size but keep a garden. 2 Bedrooms both down as double 1st one is the biggest with buitlt in wardrobe 2nd is smaller can really only fit double bed and a wardrobe with space for small tv unit.we have wooden flooring throughout flat except in bathroom and kitchen which have tiles. double doors that open off the living room onto the garden. Flat is decorated in neutral colours manily white so a blank canvas if you wish to decorate.Small bit of diy needed viewings welcome. we do not have much storage in this flat. so like i said would benefit someone who wants to downsize. garden is a lovely size i would roughly guess its about 20ft by 20ft with small shed at the back, Garden does need some maintenance. new radiators and central heating system has been put in august this year. PENN rd is a lovely quite friendly place to live sadly we need a larger place with more storage.

Could also look at parts of southgate and high barnet as long as its not to far from train stations must be able to get to work northern or piccadilly line only.
MAY BE WILLING TO LOOK AT PROPERTIES THAT DONT HAVE GARDEN AS LONG AS ITS CLOSE TO A PARK(DUE TO PET DOGS) ONLY LOOKING FOR LARGER PLACES DOUBLE BEDROOMS
