We are a firm of Estate Agents / Accountancy Practice, based in Barbican (London EC1) looking for a qualified Mortgage Advisor / IFA / Life & General Insurance Advisor, based in our office, on a fee sharing arrangement.

All leads shall be provided, and there is a potential to earn about £1,000 per file (based on 33% of fees and commission).

Currently, we have a minimum confirmed 40 mortgage files which needed to be dealt with immediately, and at least 10 life insurances.

Please note:-

The role required the mortgage advisor to spend at least 4 hours a day at the office, 5 days a week.

We have an existing client base of about 200-300 clients who have taken mortgages through us, and those products are either expiring or have expired and the clients need to be placed urgently.

There is virtually no self cert or sub-prime work, and most clients are status clients.

This is a long term role, however, we require the advisor to be already fully set up and be able to start placing the cases from immediate effect.

We are not looking to share any of your existing fee / clients with you, and would only be looking to share fee income from our own clients.
