We are a fun, kind family in Greenford (great connections to central London and surrounding areas) looking for a professional female to rent out the top room of our house. The rent is £300 pcm (all inclusive, including wireless internet).

The room is situated at the top of the house (2nd floor), is a large quiet room with a single bed, furniture and wireless internet.
We are a family of three - mother( (45 years young!), daughter (12), son (16).

We are a sociable family and you're welcome to join us at any time, or, if you prefer the quietness of your room, we're more than happy to respect your privacy.We are 4 mins walk to E7, E9, E6, 105, 282, 95, N7 and about 8 min walk to E1,E2, E3, E5, E10, E11 & 92. Seven of these buses run regularly to Ealing Broadway which is about a 20 minute journey with large shopping centre and many bars and restaurants. We also have great connections to Wembley, Brent cross and Heathrow!

We are the next town along from Hanwell and as said, close to Ealing broadway. Our postcode is UB6 9JA in case you would like to google it!
It is a safe, quiet residential area with unrestricted parking and easy access to A40 M40 and North circular roads.
